Finally a real authentic Hong Kong style Chinese food in Kansas City! Asked for Chicken menu. Waitress was super friendly. Gave us free hot and sour soup while our food being prepared. Big portions. Will definitely be back!

Food is usually good. Tonight however was not. Fried rice and steamed rice tasted off. The beef broccoli was very salty. I’ve ordered these items from this establishment before and the food I tried tonight was not the same thing.

I’ve only ever eaten from their Chinese language menu and it is delicious with unlimited rice, but expensive!! Don’t recommend their soups because portion to price ratio is bad. I love their fried tofu with shrimp, and Shanghai wosun veggie dish. Lots of seating and the owner is friendly and can speak Mandarin, Cantonese, and English!

I've been coming since they opened 20+ years ago. Every time is perfect! This is the best Chinese food I've had in America.

I have been going to this restaurant for almost 15 years, and have been, still am, a fan of this restaurant and this location. There are changes I'm disappointed about- there is no longer "Shrimp w. Lobster Sauce" offered as a dish, as it used to be on the dinner menu, but not the lunch- today, it has been completely removed from the menu at both locations. There are changes that are more than disappointing- I have recently been dining carry-out during their lunch hours, and the quality of the food is closer to leftovers, making me suspicious it might be just that. The difference in quality is not subtle between what they serve at carry-out lunch today to their fresh and made to order dine-in lunch and dinner. During my last dine-in experience I have enjoyed everything- the Firecracker Chicken is a staple of this restaurant and is a must try. Their Crab Rangoon is unparalleled when made to order and fresh. I can't recommend their egg drop soup enough, if you find yourself here, order it- they use real chicken, and the umami flavor is sensational. There is something for everyone- my husband doesn't like Chinese food, usually, but he loves their chicken fried rice. Their regular fried rice is made with the same quality as their chicken fried rice, it just doesn't include chicken. I won't give up on them, and will try to come in for dine-in, but because it is less convenient, I won't be able to give them my business as frequent.

First time and it is now our favorite Chinese restaurant! Fried rice is NOT just soy sauce. Onions, carrots, green onions and egg are nicely cooked in the rice. My picture is of firecracker chicken lunch portion.

Five stars isn’t enough. I have eaten here 3 times in the last few weeks. I am amazed at the size of the meals they offer. The service is stellar. I definitely will be going back.
